After 20 years working in aged care, our founder Suellen observed a concerning trend where genuine care was missing and profit motives often superseded individual needs. She noticed that larger organisations treated people as numbers, with staff who lacked a deep, personal understanding of their clients.
Empowered Plus was established to change this narrative by focusing on the "invisible difference"—the warmth, patience, and dignity that cannot be measured in a textbook.
